Staff at the Burnley-based bakery love creating the Strawberries & Cream muffins and hope their latest creation will make a racket.

The refreshing muffin contains a perfect balance of strawberries and cream, hand finished with strawberries & cream flavoured sugared nibs and freeze-dried strawberries for an artisanal finish.
