Regional favourites such as our Chorley Cake and Parkin were to follow, and for many years we found success supplying our heritage range to the major multiples. Then came the Coffee Shop Revolution, and so our innovative spirit was guided in a new direction!
Through continuous investment and a singular vision, we made the leap to become a market-leading supplier of premium muffins, brownies, handmade traybakes, loaf cakes and mini bites for the coffee shop, retail and foodservice segments.
