Innovation and new product development has for a long time been high on the agenda of our business. Indeed, we have been at the forefront of development in healthy eating and low fat cakes. Recent projects have included an own label fruit tray bake with less than 2% fat.

Work on extending our range of sticky buns has seen the development of a sticky toffee bun with toffee sauce filling and a sticky chocolate bun with chocolate sauce filling.

Our luxury muffins have seen us work with a variety of toppings and fillings. These have come in a variety of shapes and sizes with mushroom tops and traditional muffin bursts in petal wraps.
